A reminder of the old Joxko loyalty program

Before the program's redesign, loyalty points could only be converted into Joxko Phone credit. For every 100 points, you received €5 of Joxko Phone credit.

How does the new Joxko loyalty program work?

With the new program, for every 100 loyalty points earned, you get a €10 discount, which can be used on your order total.

You accumulate loyalty points based on the amount of your purchases and the services you buy. For example, for every €10 spent, you earn:

- 3 points for international top-ups

- 1 point for other services (top-ups in France and Italy, gift cards, and Joxko Phone credit).

You don't need to do anything, points are automatically calculated with each purchase.

Are there any terms and conditions?

Earned loyalty points are valid for 18 months.

To get a discount on your order, you must have a minimum of 100 points.

If you have more points than the total amount in your order, only the points needed to pay for the order will be used.

What happens to my loyalty points earned before 2024?

Your points earned before 2024 are not lost! We have converted them into the new loyalty program.

You can check your loyalty point balance in the "My Loyalty Points" section of your Joxko account.

What are the advantages of the new Joxko loyalty program?

The main advantage of this new loyalty program is that as soon as you have at least 100 points, you can use them when you pay for your order.

You can see your point balance and its equivalent in euros directly on the Payment page. If you wish to use your points, simply activate the toggle switch and you will automatically see a discount applied to your cart total.

You decide when to activate the discount: you can either use your points as soon as you reach the minimum threshold of 100 points, or you can let the points accumulate and receive a larger discount all at once. However, be careful not to exceed 18 months, as the points will then expire.
