The top-up service
You can instantly top up your loved ones' prepaid mobile phones anywhere in the world.
For example: you live in Paris or New York. You can top up the prepaid telephone of your relatives or friends who are in Dakar, Moroni or Port-au-Prince. You make them happy while keeping in touch with them.
The service is available for more than 550 operators in 125 countries.
Telephones can be topped up in two ways:
- either automatically by the operator, after which the beneficiary receives a confirmation SMS. This is how top-ups are done in most cases. This is the “PINLESS” method.
- or by providing a PIN code that can be used from the telephone to do the top-up, depending on the terms of the operator concerned. This is the “PIN-BASED” method.
The top-up method depends on the beneficiary’s operator.
Gift cards service
Gift cards allow you to use services without a tie-in period. There are different types of gift cards for various purposes: music and apps, video games, shopping or payment.
For example, you can purchase a Netflix gift card that can be used to watch shows during the time allowed by the card purchased. Once the card has expired, Netflix will no longer be billed.
Gift cards can also be used to make online purchases: simply top up a customer account with a gift card like Amazon or Zalando; and then make purchases via these websites.
Gift cards are a good way of preventing your credit card details being pirated on websites.

Food vouchers
Food vouchers allow you to help your loved ones easily, from time to time.
Currently available in 13 African countries, this service allows you to buy a voucher online for the amount of your choice. This voucher is sent directly to your beneficiary.
Your beneficiary will be contacted by our on-site team to let them know where and how they can use the food voucher. The person will then be able to go to one of the stores in our distribution network to make purchases and pay for them with the food voucher.
By buying a food voucher for your loved ones, you can help them out in a practical way, while knowing what the money is for!
Telephone service
The Joxko Phone service allows you to call internationally at a lower rate from the landline or mobile phone of your nominal operator.
The telephone service is contract-free and there is no tie-in period. The call is billed by the second, with no connection costs.
For example, you live in Paris and you want to call your loved ones in Abidjan. You just have to credit your account with €5 and call a local French number from your landline or mobile and you will be connected to the person you’re calling.
