Joxko offers you a unique loyalty scheme that reimburses you for part of the expenditure you make on the site or in the Joxko application. Reimbursement takes the form of loyalty points that can be converted into a discount on a future order.

How do I earn loyalty points?

When you make a purchase at Joxko, loyalty points are awarded to you based on the amount actually paid.

The number of loyalty points earned also depends on the category of the product purchased.

For example, for every €10 paid, you'll earn the following number of points:

• International prepaid top-up: 3 points

• Prepaid top-up for European operators (Lycamobile, Lebara, SFR...) : 1 point

• Gift card : 1 point

• Food voucher : 1 point

• Bill payment: 1 point

• Joxko Phone : 1 point

Points are calculated in proportion to the amount paid. Fractions of points are therefore possible (e.g. 3.4 points).

You can find the history of points acquired and points used in the “My loyalty points” section of your profile.

How do I convert my loyalty points?

When you make a purchase, you can convert your loyalty points to obtain a discount on the total amount of your purchase. 10 loyalty points entitle you to a €1 discount.

When you pay for your Joxko order, if you have loyalty points on your account, you'll see a “Loyalty points” line appear before the total amount of your order: you'll see the total number of points in your possession and the corresponding value in euros.

Here you can “activate” your loyalty points discount by moving the cursor from left to right.

The discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount due.

The points used will be deducted from your loyalty points balance.

You can deactivate the use of your loyalty points by moving the slider to the left if you change your mind before proceeding to checkout.

Conditions of use of loyalty points

You can use your loyalty points as soon as you have a minimum of 100 points. If you haven't reached 100 points, the points you've earned will be displayed in your order summary, but you can't convert them by moving the dedicated slider.

Loyalty points are valid for 18 months from the date of acquisition.

If you have more loyalty points than the amount of your order, only the points needed to pay for your order will be used.

Loyalty points are not redeemable directly in euros. They can only be used as a deduction on an order.
