What are the advantages of favorite numbers?

Using favorite numbers means:

- saving time when shopping

How can you save time?

Add the first numbers manually

Ideally, take a few minutes to add your first favorite numbers to your personal account, without waiting until you're in a hurry to send a top-up!

Access your personal account by clicking the "My Account" button, then click on the "My Favorite Numbers" menu. You have two ways to add a number to your favorites.

Method 1: Manual entry:

Click the "Add a number" button, enter your contact's first name, last name, and phone number, and click the "Add to favorites" button.

Method 2: Selecting from your phone's contacts:

Click the "Add via my contacts" button. If needed, and depending on your device, click "Continue" in the "Joxko wants to access your contacts" pop-up, then click "Select contacts." Next, select one or more contacts from the list and click "Continue." If needed, and depending on your device, click "Authorize the selected contact." Finally, click the "Add selected numbers" button.

Method 2: Selecting from your phone contacts:

Click the "Add via my contacts" button. If needed, and depending on your device, click "Continue" in the "Joxko wants to access your contacts" pop-up, then click "Select contacts." Next, select one or more contacts from the list and click "Continue." If needed, and depending on your device, click "Authorize selected contact." Finally, click the "Add selected numbers" button.

Saving a number entered in the store

As you use Joxko, you can easily add a number you just entered in the store to your favorites. On the product selection page, an "Add this number to favorites" button is displayed below the recipient's number. Clicking this button automatically saves the number to your favorites, making it easy to select for your next purchase.

How do I use my favorite numbers in Joxko?

Sending a top-up to one of your favorite numbers is easy!

In the store, click the "Search for a favorite number" button: your list of favorite numbers will then appear on the screen.

Click on the number you want to top up: it will now be displayed in the "Top-up number" area, and you can proceed to the next step of choosing your top-up.

Continue the purchase process to payment, and the top-up will be sent to your favorite number!

Using favorite numbers saves you time and prevents you from entering the number incorrectly!
